Dune Scape
Sleeping Bear Dunes
A golden glow and an artist’s hand
paint a scene upon the land
with golden tones at edge of night,
the grass and dunes within my sight.
Yesterday quickly passed me by.
I lost my chance to watch the sky.
Today has come, I’ll stop and see,
see what’s here, …here for me.
